Landlord (Angela Brady) - friendly and helpful landlords, lovely house, in a great area and quick to fix issues

Moved out of a place that Angela let out to us a few months ago and have nothing but positive things to say. Genuinely think the 2 last reviews before mine are 1 household that probably partied loads or trashed the place and feel out with Angela so left a snotty review in retaliation. If you are nice, civil, and respect the property, Angela and her team show you nothing but niceness and respect back. They even got a call out during winter time when our boiler packed up and paid an out of hours emergency fee as it was gone 10 at night AND called me gone midnight to ensure we were okay and had heat again. I would happily recommend Modern student Accomodation York to anyone and I also would like to add the house was lovely!

My group recently signed for a house from this company for next year. So far they have stayed fairly professional and the steps for securing the house were explained quite well and followed in a straightforward manner. They happy to answer any questions we had and replied quickly to them. They were also accommodating that some of use needed to use a guarantor service and were happy to provide the information for that.

Great experience with this company. The landlords were very helpful and friendly! All issues we had were resolved within 48 hours. The house was very clean and inviting. Certainly, one of the best houses I have stayed in during my university experience, very well kept and presented. Really enjoyable experience living in one of these homes, I would highly recommend this professional letting service.

I moved in last year October in my 2nd year of uni and just renewed for my final year in the same house. It's really nice and feels like home at this point tbh. Angela Brady is the lady I speak with and is always polite and helpful. Did have an issue with a broken cupboard door in the summer but it was replaced swiftly and also done whilst I was home which I really appreciated. Not sure if you will see this Angela but thanks for having me for another year 😀
